“We were saddened to hear the news of Jim's passing. Jim was a beloved colleague of ours at Skagit Valley College. He was the Registrar and the "go to" guy regarding enrollment trends and so much more. More valuable than his institutional knowledge was his personality - always quick to smile. We thought of him as a big warm bear (sometimes a small warm bear - depending on the diet of the day) with a happy smile. We love that man. Please let us know of service. Eric & Nancy Anderson”
