He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jaquins and Dorthy Jaquins. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his brother Larry Jaquins (Martha); his nephew Larry Jr.; his great-niece Kayla Stone (Kyle) of Yakima; his great-nephew Michael Jaquins of New York; his grandson Aaron Simmons (Hannah) of Oregon; and his stepdaughters, Lori of Yakima and Wendy of Oregon. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
