He was predeceased by: his wife Ginger; his parents, Joseph Jonas and Hilma Jonas; his siblings, Earl, Evelyn and Maxine; and his children, Bret and Juanita.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Jonas, Deb Alleman (Ron), Terrie Jonas and Stacey Jonas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.
