He was predeceased by: his father Oman Ray Rowe; his sister LaDonna Ann Musselman; his mother Sissy Rowe (McDonald); and his siblings, Betty Jean, Billy Ray and Johnny Ray.
He is survived by: his brothers, Johnny Rowe and Billy Rowe; his wife Jan Rowe; and his children, Jamie Rowe, RaeAnn Rowe (Jamie Menchenton), Billy Rowe, Jacob Muir (Lynn Muir) and Larry Rowe Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions towards the services may be sent in care of Brookside Funeral Home (P.O. Box 1267, Moxee, WA 98936), who is caring for the family.
