With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois June Cummings (Yakima, Washington), who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sherwood and Tressa Sherwood (Mapes); her husband Loren Cummings; her brothers, Leslie, Ralph and Glen Sherwood; and her siblings-in-law, Imogene Sherwood and Stanley Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Cummings (Jean), Tressa Cummings of Yakima, WA and John Cummings (Cricket); her grandchild Miller Cummings of Renton, WA; her daughter Virginia Sherwood of Snohomish, WA; and her cousin Cathy Godfrey of Burien, WA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
