“My condolences on the unexpected loss of your dear Marian. I would encounter her on my walks around town as she spent time in her yard with her wonderful dog, Patches. I would give him a kind word and sometimes toss a ball or two and would exchange a few words with Marian. I would often find her in the town library which we both frequented regularly. Her curiosity about life was very evident and Naches won’t be the same without her. I’ll miss her.”
