He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Goldsmith and Bessie Goldsmith (Stokes); his brother Leroy Goldsmith; and his daughters, Emma and Alma Goldsmith.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Riley); his daughter Naomi; and his brothers, Jim Goldsmith (Ann) and Fred Goldsmith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
