He is survived by: his wife Bettyann Clark-Cheney of Yakima, WA; his sister Edna Perez of Mount Vernon, WA; his children, Mary Cheney-Froula (Rod) of Richland, WA, Mike King (Ramona) of Mount Vernon, WA, Donovan Cheney (Rebecca) of Brooklyn, NY, Richard Cheney III, Donald Clark (Elsa), Dina Williams (Jim), Delinda Sowder (Jason) and Deeauna Schut (Shawn); his grandchildren, Preston Froula of Yakima, WA, Spencer Froula (Allison) of Yakima, WA, Jared Clark (Dani), Evan Clark, Brynn Ryan (Ryder), Brett Williams (Kylie), Brock Williams, Kasey Foye (Madison), Logan Lorton (Brady), Avery Thomas (Zack), Ryland Schut and Emerson Schut; his great grandchild Lane Froula; his grandchildren, Ronan Ryan, Aurora Ryan and Nash Williams; and his sister Sharon Cheney. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
