He was predeceased by: his grandfather Les Lundberg. He is survived by: his father David Smith; his sons, Jeffrey and Jeremy; his siblings, Tracy and Heather Stafford (Lance Stafford); his siblings' children, Alexis Hernandez, Junior Hernandez and Brody Stafford; and his grandmother Marlene Lundberg. He is also survived by his grandparents and his sister.
