He is survived by: his children, Diana Rangel (Rick), Rosa Rangel (Jessie), Laura Saldana (Martin), Roberto Gutierrez III, Hope Sanchez (Aniceto), Dominic Gutierrez (Ashley) and Stefanie Penaloza (Edgar). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
