She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hargadine and Dorothy Marion Higby (Dot); and her sister Janet Willams Ivey. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Allen Newcomb; her brother Thomas Lee Williams (Mary); and her children, Douglas Allen Newcomb (Cheryl) and Cindy Lynne Lien-Kessner (Dennis). She is also survived by 8 GrandChildren and 25 Great Grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Terrace Heights Evangelical Presbyterian Church (4303 Maple Ct, Yakima, WA 98901). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
