He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Noriega; his children, Sergio Rios and Abrileya Rios; his nieces and nephews, David Hurtado, Jr., Noel Rios Jr., Daisy Hurtado, Janette, Gaby Rios and Noemar Rios; his cousins, Tano Lugo, Andre Ortega, Jordan Ortega, Efrain Ortega, Julio, Lizzy, Lexia, Valente, Julixa, Anahi, Baby David, Angel, Issac, Ariel, Emma, Nancy, Erika, Amy, Alberto, Miguel, Mayito, Eric, Pepito, Oscar, Jacsan and Myra; his mother Maria Dolores Rios; and his siblings, Maria Hurtado, Noel Rios and Esmeralda Rios. He is also survived by his kids, attending the father daughter dance with his daughter.
