It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley M. Snowden of Yakima, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alfonzo Legg and Margaret Legg (Miller); her husband Herbert J. Snowden of Ellensburg, Washington.; and her brother Arthur. She is survived by: her pet Scooter; her children, Herbert S. Snowden (Patty), Kent Snowden (Brenda) and Lesley Swan (Gordon); and her grandchildren, Elena, Charlie and Maya Swan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Shirley's name to the Kittitas Friends of Animals at KCFOA, PO Box 1239, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
