He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his parents, Milton Holloway and Patricia Holloway; his sons, Tyler Holloway and Samuel Holloway; and his brother Greg Holloway.
When the Covid-19 outbreak hit and everything closed up, Bill built a basketball gym for his sons and other kids in the community, so they would still have, a place to play.
