He was predeceased by: his close friend Sophie Gefre; his father Jim Aleck Sr.; his sister Denise Aleck Heemsah; his niece Juliet Dill; and his grandparents, Charles, Margaret Gwinn, David, Melvina Aleck and Bertha Sheldon.
He is survived by: his son David Aleck Jr.; his mother Stella; his brothers, Everett, Jim Jr. and Leon; and his granddaughter Kennedy.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Valley Hills Funeral Home - Zillah (607 2nd Ave, Zillah, WA 98953).
