She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Martinez and Daniella Campas-Martinez (Bicente Nunez Sr.); her children, Maria Elena Garcia (Helen), Sadia Chavez, Vicente Nunez Jr. and Juan Jose Nunez (Johnny); and her siblings, Santiago Martinez (Jimmy), Aurora Ramos, Genoveva Villanueva and Hortencia Guerrero (Tencha).
She is survived by: her children, Verginia Ornelas (Robert) of Granger, WA, Diana Nunez (Omar) of Zillah, WA and Erine Nunez (Rosa) of Toppenish, WA.; and her sister Celestina Hinojosa (Sally). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren, and 21 great great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Hills Funeral Home - Zillah (607 2nd Ave, Zillah, WA 98953). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (604 E Ave, Granger, WA 98932). A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Zillah Cemetery (100 1st Ave, Zillah, WA 98953).
