She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Hackel and Sadie Hackel (Speck); her spouse Benno Venzke; her sons, Bruce and Joseph; her grandsons, Mitchell Venzke and Oakley Venzke; and her brothers, Isadore Hackel and Raymond "Bud" Hackel (Marie Hummer).
She is survived by : her children, David (Judy) of Athens, Allan (Susan) of Athens, Dennis of Abbotsford, Karen Repking (Doug) of Stratford, Sharon Riese (Arnie) of Medford, Mary Ann Stange (Randy) of Owen, Larry (Julie) of Athens, BJ and Patrick (Lynn) of Dorchester; and her sisters-in-law, Theresa Hackel of Marshfield and Audrey Venzke of Stevens Point. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 59 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
