He is survived by : his parents, Ernest Kramer (Ethel) and Bette Jicinsky (Mark Gessert); his girlfriend Sally Epping (Hegeman); his son Dylan Kramer (Kelly); his stepsons, Greg Epping (Stephanie Blasky) and Mark Epping; his siblings, Sandra Stoiber (Gary), Kelly Kramer (Brandi), Kraig Kramer, Sheryl Kramer (Dean Campbell) and Kory Kramer; and his caregiver Penny. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
