It is with sadness that the passing of Mark Alan Schmidt of Abbotsford, Wisconsin is shared. Mark, born on August 16, 1974, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Evelyn Nikolai, Walter and Marie Schmidt. He is survived by: his parents, James Schmidt and Veronica Schmidt (Nikolai) of Stratford; and his siblings, Jamie of Stratford, Karla of Stratford, Eric of Stratford and Bryan of Stratford. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sauter/Rembs Funeral Home (901 S Weber Ave, Stratford, WI 54484). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
