He was predeceased by : his parents, Elroy Broeske and Emma Broeske (Behring); and his siblings, Donald Broeske (Ruth), Clyde Broeske (Carmen) and Dorothy Gruenke (Armin).

He is survived by : his wife Kay Bobbe; his children, Jill Weiler (Steve) of Marshfield, Patrick Broeske (Nellie) of Brownsville, Robyn Schueller (Paul) of Stratford and Allyson Broeske of Abbotsford; his grandchildren, Jena Moertel (Ryan), Hailey Weiler (Nick Bolen), Trent Weiler, Bennett Broeske, Alivia Broeske, Jacob Broeske, Kamryn Schueller, Braeden Schueller and Kalyn Schueller; his great grandchild Charlotte Moertel; and his siblings-in-law, Lester Bobbe (Marlene), Linda Boxrucker, Larry Bobbe and Jack Boxrucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
