He is survived by : his wife Ruth Rouse; his children, Jeffery Lotter (Trudy) of Weston, Jennifer Pagel (Cory) of Ringle and Victoria Rutschow (Ken) of Spencer; his grandchildren, Madison, Brianna Pagel of Ringle, Abigail and Braxton Rutschow of Spencer; and his siblings, Kathleen "Kutz" Murkowski of Wausau and John Lotter of Athens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
