He is survived by: his wife Annette Guite; his children, Nicolas Heitman (Jenny) and Sara Lukowski (Brandon); his grandchildren, Madeline and Henry; and his siblings, Jean Kleinfeldt (Rich), Lloyd Heitman (Roberta) and Larry Heitman. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
