He is survived by: his children, Jacob Jacobson (Jodie) of Mauston, WI, Kathy Bork (Ken) of Friendship, WI and Paula Jacobson (Terry Foulk); his grandchildren, Christopher Jacobson (Marisa Miller), Brittney Clements (Chris), Katie Jacobson (Jesse Williams), Chase Jacobson (Brittany), Ian Jacobson (Shawna Gibeaut), Mallory Servais (Jacob), Luke Jacobson (Summer), Annie Litty (Jared), Kade Alt, Alesha Tennie (Jacob), Faith Soule (Jacob) and Kyler Bork; his siblings, Glen Jacobson, Carol Buttner (John) and Emily Bethke (Robert); his stepdaughter Rita Kolstad (Dale); his stepgranddaughters, Tara Pernacciaro (Marc) and Heather Frank (Brent); Gerald Gullickson (JoAnn). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 7 bonus great-grandchildren.
