We are sad to announce that, on June 24, 2025, Patricia A. Lemcke of Adams, Wisconsin, born in Amherst, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruno Cieslewicz and Stella Cieslewicz (Kubisiak); her son Scott Lemcke; her brother James Cieslewicz; and her sisters-in-law, Karen and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lemcke of Adams; her children, Jeff Lemcke (Elise) of Crawfordville, FL and Kim Lemcke of Reedsburg, WI; and her siblings, Fred, John (Marianne), Willy (Mija), Tom (Christine), Ken and Bonnie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
