We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2025, Patricia A. Lemcke of Adams, Wisconsin, born in Amherst, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruno Cielewicz and Stella Cielewicz (Kubisiak); her son Scott Lemcke; her brother James Cielewicz; and her sisters-in-law, Karen and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lemcke of Adams; her children, Jeff Lemcke (Elise) of Crawfordville, FL and Kim Lemcke of Reedsburg, WI; and her siblings, Fred, John (Marianne), Willy (Mija), Tom (Christine), Ken and Bonnie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (807 W Lake St, Friendship, WI 53934). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
