He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Gandrey and Veronica "Dolly" Gandrey (Stoiber); and his sister Nancy Holman (Del). He is survived by : his wife Sue Scharping; his brothers, Robert Gandrey (Maryann) and Paul Gandrey (Sheri); and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Scharping (Brenda) and Dave Kwiatkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Suchon Funeral Home (1317 WI-67, Plymouth, WI 53073). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
