She was predeceased by : her father Jay Leslie Rose; her daughter Bridget Ann Diaz; her brother Terry Rose; her uncle Richard Rose; and her nephew Cary Haas.

She is survived by : her sons, Steve Diaz (Dawn) and George Diaz, Jr.; her grandchildren, Chloe, Sabrina, Skyla, Jeremy Jr., Joey, Jayden, Austin, Ariel, Elliot, Eli and Emily; and her sisters, Mary Jensen (Dennis), Kayla Skiba (Ralph), Joan Russ (Robert) and Wanda Collier (Don). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
