She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Clark and Rita Clark (Frisque); her parents-in-law, Charles and Helen Kostichka; and her brothers-in-law, Doug Kostichka (Mary), John Kostichka (Rita) and Eugene Gauger.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kostichka; her children, Angie Hoffmann (Todd), Brian Kostichka (Penny) and Erica Kostichka; her grandchildren, Matthew Hoffmann (Alexis), Brooklyn Hoffmann (Mitchell), Brittany Kostichka and Zachary Kostichka (Cassidy); her siblings, Jim Clark (Twila) and Karen Delebreau (Russell); and her brother-in-law Charles Kostichka (Marge). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church - Algoma (206 Church St, Algoma, WI 54201). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
