It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James John Rabas of Algoma, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James John Rabas to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James, Sr. Rabas and Mildred Rabas (Kirchman). He is survived by : his wife Dori Ropson of Algoma; his siblings, Beverly, Edith and Jeff (Jean); his children, Jaime (Patrick), Jim and Jesse; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Avery, Abigail and Amelia.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (406 4th St, Algoma, WI 54201). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Agricultural Heritage and Resources or St. Paul's Lutheran Church/School in Algoma.
