Judith Ann Wiese Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Judith Ann Wiese of Algoma, Wisconsin is shared. Judith Ann, born on February 6, 1940, passed away on October 14, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judith Ann Wiese to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mura and Melva Mura (Michaletz); her former husband Earlin Grovogel of Mary's Church; her parents-in-law, Roy and Lettie Grovogel; her sister Carol (Lloyd Vertz); and her siblings-in-law, Alvin Grovogel (Doris), Oliver Grovogel, John Wiese and Delores Swette (Earl).

She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Theresa Grovogel Schmal (Ralph), Donna Grovogel, Tom Grovogel (Mary) and David Grovogel (Linda); her grandchildren, Jeremy Pelnar, Karen Stoller, Amy Pelnar Lardinois, Daniel Pelnar, Heidi Grovogel, Ty Grovogel, Max Grovogel, Brandon Grovogel and Nathan Pichette; her stepsons, Scott Wiese (Paula), Christopher Wiese and Jason Wiese (Jacque); her stepgranddaughter Rachel Schmal; her sister Marilyn Pallex (Ron); and her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Grovogel and Mary Bohman (Mike). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.

A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services (1617 Flora Ave, Algoma, WI 54201). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Algoma (118 Church St, Algoma, WI 54201). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Judy also believed in giving back, donating over 16 gallons of blood to the American Red Cross over the years.
