She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Koss and Irene Koss (Kolstad); her parents-in-law, Eugene and Jayn Nemetz (Roff); her sister Kris Fulwiler (Koss); and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Martin (Vaughn), Barbara Nemetz, John Nemetz and Gary Porter.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Nemetz of Paul's Lutheran Church; her children, Kami Lubinski (Dave) and Geno Nemetz; her siblings, Karen Koelling (Ron) and Kelly Koss (Cindy); her siblings-in-law, Helen Nemetz and Terry Fulwiler; and her grandsons, Malcom and Connor Lubinski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Community Congregational Church (502 Center St, Kewaunee, WI 54216).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family would like memorials to go to The Kewaunee County 4H Leaders Association in memory of Kay.
