He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rankin (Bettie); his children, Chris Churches (Katy), Jessica Lipshetz (Terry) and Brooke Anschutz; his grandchildren, Brandon, Connor, Claire and Lexi; his siblings, Corrine Paschke, Jerry Anschutz (Kathy) and Edward Anschutz; and his in-laws, Steve, Renae Rankin, Mark, Cheri Rankin and Carolyn VanLanen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
