We bid farewell to Paul Eldor Schmidt of Algoma, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 6, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Ida Schmidt (Erdmann); his stepmother Eldor Schmidt (Gertrude); his brother Carl; his parents-in-law, Earl and Letitia Larsen; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Hood, Wesley Otto and Orville Otto.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Laurene Larsen of Denmark; his children, Timothy Schmidt (Kelly), Phillip Schmidt (Jenny), Patricia Schmidt and Peter Schmidt (Devin); his grandchildren, Taylor Bredael-Schmidt (Brooke), Tori Jorgensen (Jordan), Matthew Schmidt (Courtney), Andrew "Hammer" Schmidt (Cassie), Zachary Schmidt, Breanne Schmidt, Bristol Schmidt and Pierce Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Bowie, Hadley, Braxten, Jay and Winny; his brother Wayne Schmidt (Karen); his cousin Joyce Sibilsky Wians; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Hood, Joann Otto, Joy Otto, Jon Larsen (Kathy), James Larsen (Nancy), Jerelyn Bougie (Ralph) and Joel Larsen (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and friends.
