It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William M. Welter (Algoma, Wisconsin), born in Evanston, Illinois, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister Anne Vilas (Welter). He is survived by : his wife Pam (Bassett); his children, Barclay Martin of Austin and Robert M. Welter (Kelly) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Kherington and Luke Welter; and his sisters, Betsy Wilson (Welter) and Martha Tennett (Welter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Door County Humane Society, Door CANcer Inc., and any of the above aforementioned charities.
