He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Giese; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Travis Giese (Jessica), Bobbijean Carey (Andrew), Allie Pappenfus (Tom) and Calvin; his grandchildren, Ellie, George, Declan, Henry, Duke, Boden, Lewis, Archie and Olivia; his best pal Rudy; and his siblings, Terry Giese (Shelley), Rita Nichols (Fred), John Giese (Laurie), Jay Giese, Scott Giese and Lorna Gensch (Billy).
