She is survived by: her husband Gerald Rate; her children, Bill Rate (Laurie), Ross Rate (Michele), Laurie Bauch (Jacob) and Patty Peters (Randy); her grandchildren, Zach Rate (Megan), Greg Rate (Rachel), Lizzy Quentin (Mike), Lyndsay Burmesch (Mike), Arabella Bauch and Penny Bauch; her great grandchildren, Trevor Foster, Bailey Rate, Scarlette Rate, Edmond Quentin and Cameron Burmesch; and her brother-in-law Fred "Fritz" Rate. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
