He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson "Pat" Livingston and Beatrice Rageth; his siblings, Jim, Bob, David, Gladys and Betty; and his daughter Shannon Livingston-Mock.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Livingston (Wendy) of Surprise, AZ, Joe Livingston (Christy) of Vienna, IL and Holly Papenfus (Terry) of Nelson, WI.; and his brothers, Mike Livingston of Durand, WI and Larry Livingston (Kathy) of Solon Springs, WI. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Talbot Family Funeral Home - Alma (340 WI-35, Alma, WI 54610). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (N4063 Veterans Way, Spooner, WI 54801).
