He was predeceased by: his father Donald Douglas. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Douglas (Myers); his son Max Douglas (Melody Johnson); and his siblings, Scott Douglas (Brenda), Frederic, Kevin Douglas (Tina), Lewis, Tammy Dame (Fred) and Dwaine Douglas. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scheuermann-Hammer Funeral Home (342 5th St NW, Clear Lake, WI 54005).
