She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her daughters, Michelle Running and Amy Axness (Greg); her grandchildren, Molly, Tyler Axness, Charlie and Jake; and her sisters, Janny DiPaola (Joe), Georgeann Connaughton (Jack), Joyce Running (Steve) and Jean Antony (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mayo Cancer Center, a cause close to Cathy's heart.
