She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jr. Milward and Della Milward (Hammer); her siblings, Jim Milward, Joanie Milward and Mary Edington; and her daughter-in-law Joni Welke.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Welke Sr.; her children, Rick Welke Jr. (Vicki), Jean Ritchie (Andy), Russ Welke (Kathy) and Ron Welke; her grandchildren, Dr. Nicole Welke, Erika McDonough (Kevin), Emeline Ritchie, Kate Ritchie, Zachery Frey and Megan Madlung (Nate); her great grandchildren, Tanner Frey, Camden and Lincoln McDonough; her brother Charles Milward III (Wendy); and her daughter Diane.
