It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Pauline Eckes (Altoona, Wisconsin), born in Athens, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kohnhorst and Francis Kohnhorst; her husband Frank Eckes; her daughter Lisa Severson (Bob); and her siblings, Karl, Mary and Sharon.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Eckes (Jayne) of Hewitt and Laura Ertl (Randall) of Marshfield; her grandchildren, Jacob Leichtnam, Travis Leichtnam (Shari), Orey Eckes (Ashley), Kayla Pleshek (Reynold) and Emily Eckes (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Lily Leichtnam, Brody Leichtnam, Easton Eckes, Dekker Eckes, Raegen Eckes, Remy Pleshek and Kamdyn Pleshek; and her siblings, Donald, Jim and Bonnie.
