Though Douglas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hallatt and Nora Hallatt; his wife Margaret Searle; and his siblings, Kenneth Hallatt (Ida) and Noreen McLauchlan (Hank).
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Hallatt and Scott Hallatt (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Morgan and Emily; and his sister Barbara (Barry).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club (828 Club View Ln, Altoona, WI 54720).
