Gary Sandvig Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 19, 2025, Gary Sandvig (Altoona, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gary farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his children, Shanda Sandvig and Berant Sandvig (Bear); and his stepparents, Phillip Richtmyre and Faye Sandvig. He is survived by: his mother Jean Richtmyre; his siblings, Timothy Sandvig (Laura), Lisa Clemmens (Daniel) and Debra Sandvig (Odegard); and his stepson DJ Thomas.
