He is survived by: his sister Linda Gilbert; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Lorentz and Ambrose Suess; his children, Craig Timm (Karen), Lori Pierog (Mark) and Brian Timm; his grandchildren, Hannah Timm (Tim Throckmorton), Colin Timm (Taylor Gananian), Ali Kleist (Andrew), Mackenzee Pierog and Mortimer; his pets, Mortimer, Mackenzee Pierog, Ali Kleist (Andrew), Colin Timm (Taylor Gananian) and Hannah Timm (Tim Throckmorton); and his great grandchildren, Jack and Hallie Throckmorton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
