He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Rudd (Kap); his sons, Mark Smith (Bonnie) of Mesa, AZ and Steve Smith (Andrea) of Chippewa Falls; and his grandchildren, Jerry Smith (Claire), Timothy Smith (Angeline), Savannah Smith and Amanda Gudis (Cole). He is also survived by 3 great-grandsons.
