Lester J. Connor Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Lester J. Connor of Altoona, Wisconsin. Lester, born on April 3, 1939, passed away on June 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester T. Connor and Mae Connor (Latraille); and his siblings, Myrna Botz (Robert), Bill Connor (Judy), Beverly Bachler (Jim) and John Connor.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tim Connor (Marlene), Pauline Hempelman (Jim), William Connor, Brenda Nelson (Kriss), Christine Connor and April Gardow (Nick); his grandchildren, Craig Connor (Cari), Eric Connor, Samantha Hempelman, Jacqueline Connor-Hempelman, Veronica Smits (Joel), Katrina Gwiazdon (Ryan), Cory Crowell, Nicole Thomas (Keith), Owen Connor, Josephine Connor and Keonie Breckenridge; and his siblings, Myron Connor (Joanne), Jeanette Grad (Chuck Betz), Theresa Watkins (John), Jim Connor (Jeanne) and Sandra Barnes (Ed). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
