He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Bergen and Florence Bergen; and his parents-in-law, Fred Siebenshuh and Delores Siebenshuh. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his daughters, Carrie Morgan (Nkrumah) and Jennifer Kron (Justin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
