She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey; her parents, John and Esther; her siblings, Robert, Joyce and Helen; and her grandson-in-law David.

She is survived by: her children, Barb, Sandy (Dave), Bob (Pat), Bruce (Jeannie) and Jason (Tina); and her sister-in-law Mavis Gauthier. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials and donations be made to "Stand in The Light Memory Choir" in honor of Phyllis' love of music and support for those with memory loss.
