He is survived by: his grandsons, Andrew and Noah; his nephew Randy Carter (Denise); his great-niece Debbie Barth (Tom); his son Chris Hoag615 W. Allyn St of Janesville, MN; DeAnn Haley (Shane), Michael Carter and Michele Carter. He is also survived by brothers; sisters.
