It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Elizabeth Clifford (Altoona, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Natalie Aggers and Rolland Aggers; her brothers-in-law, Charles Gibson, Donald Kramer and Donald Clifford; her niece Cathy Clifford; and her nephew Randal Felker.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Clifford; her children, Mark (Meg), Paul (Jamie) and Cheryl (Dale Whittington); her siblings, Natalie Kramer (Peggy), Mary Anne Gibson and John (Grace Aggers); and her sisters-in-law, Gloria (Lester Felker) and Mary Jean Clifford.
In the end Ruth developed Alzheimer's Disease and had a few other health issues that caused her to move one last time into the Cornell Health Services Nursing Home in Cornell, Wisconsin.
