It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delora Joan Carter of Amberg, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Atlee B. Busby and Anna V. Busby. She is survived by: her sister Joan; her husband John M. Carter, Sr.; her children, Kimberly (Matthew), John, Jr. (Frankie) and Candace (Eric); her grandchildren, Kudra, Van, Aleister and Kaitlyn; her sister-in-law Peggy; and her nieces and nephews, Gerald, Beverly, Carmella, Daniel, Joni, Lynette, Joellen, Paul, Carl, Tina, Brian, Theodore, Kathy, Renee, Debbie, Gary, Jr., Terry, Kevin and Jennifer.
